If Personal Data is not digitised, we may, at our discretion, deliver the originals, copies or digitised copies (in a customary electronic format). The data subject may request that his or her Personal Data be provided to a third party of his or her choice. Unless the User requests its deletion, we will keep Personal Data for a period of maximum 3 years after your last use of the Services, subject to a legal obligation or an overriding interest of Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande SA to keep Personal Data (in order to be able to defend our rights in the event of a dispute, for example).
